Royal Engitech is spread across units 15, 16, and 17 in the Nimesh Estate, right near Amar Estate on Naroda Road. Having three units makes it easier to keep the different parts of the job separate. One area is for the heavy machines, another for assembly, and the last for storage. Naroda Road is always packed with traffic, so it can be a bit of a headache getting in and out during rush hour. Our estate is filled with small and medium shops like ours. It’s a noisy place with the sound of grinding and metalwork echoing off the walls. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a PR team. Usually, the owner is right there on the floor with the rest of the guys, checking on a part or talking to a customer. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t need a big sign for people to find us; they just know the Nimesh Estate location. The lighting inside isn’t the best, but we have lamps at the workstations where it counts. We drink a lot of tea to stay going. It’s the kind of place where you learn by doing, and most of our staff have been with us for years. We just take one job at a time and try to get it out the door. No big corporate speeches, just engineering.
