Our place is located in the GIDC area of Vatva, specifically at Suraj Estate. It’s right behind plot 3757 in Phase 4. Being in an industrial zone like this means there is always a lot of movement—trucks coming in, workers heading to different units, and the general sound of machinery. Chhajed Foods Pvt. Ltd. is where we spend most of our daylight hours. Since we deal with food products, the smell around our unit is often quite distinct, depending on what we are processing that day. It’s a very busy environment, and we have to keep things very clean and organized, even if the office part of the building looks a bit cluttered with order forms and logs. We don't have much of a front office for visitors; mostly, people come here for business deliveries or pickups. The team here is small, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s checking the inventory or making sure the packaging machines are running right. It gets pretty hot in the summer, especially with the equipment going, but we’re used to it. We don't do a lot of fancy branding. We just focus on making sure the food products go out the door in good condition. Most of our day is spent coordinating with suppliers and making sure the production schedule stays on track so we don't fall behind.
