Pusad Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited is located on Washim Road, and we are connected through Abhay Madhukar Gadam. We are based right here in Pusad. This group is made up of local people who have been farming for as long as we can remember. It gets lonely and difficult trying to manage a farm and the business side of things all by yourself, so we decided to pool our efforts. We aren't experts in business, but we know our crops and we know the local land. Most of our time is spent out on the road or in the fields, just trying to get things sorted for the next harvest. We started this company to give ourselves a bit more of a chance when dealing with the outside world. It’s really just a way for us to stick together. We talk about the basics like soil health, what crops are looking good this year, and how to get them to the buyers without too much trouble. It’s a humble setup. There are no fancy brochures or polished offices. It’s just a bunch of neighbors from Pusad who decided that we are stronger when we work as a team. We take things one day at a time and try to keep our farms running the best way we know how. It is just about survival and hard work for the local farming community.
