Kalprruksh Agro Producer Company Limited is based over in Shivaji Nagar Ner, which is in the Yavatmal district. We are a small team of local folks who decided to start this company to help manage our agricultural work better. In a place like Yavatmal, everyone is involved with the land in some way, and we are no different. Our office in Shivaji Nagar is a pretty basic setup. We don't have expensive furniture or a receptionist greeting you at the door. It’s just a place where we sit down and talk about crops, seeds, and the prices we’re seeing at the market. Sometimes the rain doesn't come when it's supposed to, and we all sit around worrying together. Other times, the harvest is good and things feel a bit easier. We don't use any of that polished marketing language because that’s not who we are. We are just regular people trying to do right by our families and our neighbors. The work can be a bit of a struggle sometimes, especially with all the rules and forms we have to fill out these days. We just do our best to keep things moving forward. If you ever find yourself in Ner, you can probably find us by asking around. We’ve lived here a long time and we plan to stay. It’s not a glamorous life, but it is our life, and we are proud of the work we do.
