Swasti Travels

We are located on the ground floor on Krishnanagar Main Road. In Agartala, this is a fairly central spot to be. Swasti Travels is just a local shop where we handle travel arrangements. Because we are on the ground floor, people often just walk in while they are passing by on the street. It is easy for them. The office isn't very large, but we have enough space for our desks and a place for people to sit down. We deal with all sorts of requests, from short trips to longer journeys. Agartala can get quite hot, so we usually have the fan going all day. The noise from the main road is always there, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't some big city firm. We are just local folks working in the neighborhood. We have our paperwork and our ledgers. Most of our work is done on the phone or through the computer, but we still like it when people come in to talk face to face. It feels more personal that way. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just open up in the morning, do the bookings, and close up at night. It is a simple life and a simple business. We have been on this road for a bit, and we know many of the other shop owners around here.
