Datta Airtravel Agency is found at 26, Bhattpukur, near the Modern Club in Agartala. This is in the A.D Nagar area and we have been at this address for quite some time now. Most of the people around here know the Modern Club, so it is a good landmark for finding our office. We are not in a big commercial building or anything, just a local spot where we handle air travel and other related tasks. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the main town center, which we actually prefer. When someone comes in, they are usually looking for a specific flight or they need help understanding the different travel requirements. We sit down and go through the options together. It is a very hands-on way of working and we don't really do much online marketing or things like that. Word of mouth is how most people find out about us anyway. We focus on the paperwork and making sure all the travel documents are correct before the trip starts. It is important to get the small details right so there are no problems at the airport later on. Our office is a practical space where the main goal is just to help the local community get where they need to go. We keep things simple, talk plainly with everyone, and just try to be helpful in a normal, everyday way.
