Maa Tours And Travel Agency is tucked away on the ground floor over at Durga Chowmuhani. We are right in the middle of Agartala Bazar, which is always noisy and full of life no matter the time. If you’re looking for us, we are right near the Uco Bank ATM. People usually stop by after they get their cash out. We’ve been helping folks with their travel plans for a long time now. It’s mostly just us sitting here with some old maps and a computer that’s a bit slow sometimes. We don't have any fancy brochures with glossy pictures. We just tell people what we know from our own experience. Traveling can be a real headache, so we try to make the booking part a little less stressful for the neighbors. Sometimes the traffic outside the bazaar is so loud we have to shout a bit to be heard, but that’s just life in Agartala. We take care of tickets and some local tours when people ask for them. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy enough to keep the lights on. The floor gets a bit muddy when it rains since we’re on the ground level, but we keep a broom handy.
