Niljyoti Travel Agency is over at Shop No 93 on Akhaura Road. We are pretty close to the Fruit Canning Office, which is a good landmark if you are looking for us. Agartala has its own pace, and Akhaura Road is a big part of that. Our shop is just a regular unit in a row of others. Inside, you will see some chairs, a desk, and a lot of files. We have been doing this for a while. Travel can be a messy business with all the changes and cancellations, but we just take it one day at a time. We don't have a polished office with glass walls or anything. It is just a practical space where we can work. Sometimes the street outside gets flooded when it rains hard, and we have to put a barrier at the door. That is just how it is here. We talk to people about their plans and try to give them the information they need. It is mostly about being patient and checking the details. We have a small staff, and we all know each other well. We don't use fancy marketing. Most people find us because they live nearby or they saw the sign while walking to the canning office. We keep things honest and straightforward. There is no need for big words when you are just trying to help someone get a bus ticket or a car.
