We’ve been here at the ground floor on Krishna Nagar Nutan Pally Road for a while now. Most people know us because we’re right across from the Naboday Sangha Club. It's a busy spot in Agartala with people always moving about. We handle communications and help people out with what they need when they stop by. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded, especially in the afternoons when everyone is out, but we try to get to everyone as fast as we can. It’s just how things go in a local place like this. My cousin helps out behind the counter sometimes too. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. The road outside can get quite dusty in the dry season, but the old fans inside keep it okay for the customers. People come in to talk or fix things up. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything, just the name Akash Yatra Communication above the door. If you are walking down from the main crossing, you can't miss the club, and we are right there. We try to keep things simple. No need for anything complicated when you’re just trying to run a small business in town. We keep the doors open pretty late most days. It’s a good way to stay connected with the neighbors. If you need something, you can just pop in. We don't really do much online, we just prefer talking to people face to face. It’s easier that way.
