Being an agri business, we are pretty much surrounded by fields and big storage buildings. The road is always busy with tractors and trucks carrying grain, so it gets quite dusty around here. Our office is part of the warehouse complex, so it’s not exactly quiet or clean. You’ll usually hear the sounds of machinery or people loading bags in the background. We spend our days talking to local farmers and checking the quality of what comes in. It’s a lot of physical work and being out in the sun, which can be exhausting when the heat is high. We don't have air conditioning in the main areas, just some big fans that do their best. We aren't some big city corporation with a fancy logo; we are just local people working with the land. We eat our lunch in the shade when we can find a spot. The village life means everyone knows everyone, so we often have people dropping by just to chat about the harvest. It’s a tough business sometimes, depending on the rain and the markets, but it’s what we’ve always done. We just keep our heads down and keep the machinery running and the records updated. There's always something to fix.
