Gollalakoderu is where we are based. It’s a quiet spot, and we like it that way for Kader Exports. Our building is easy enough to find once you are in the village. We’ve been here long enough that everyone knows where the gates are. It’s not a big corporate headquarters or anything like that. Just a practical place where we can manage our export business without too much fuss. Most of the staff comes from the local houses around here. We work hard, usually starting around seven or eight. There is a lot of checking items and making sure the counts are right. We don't have fancy brochures. We just talk to people on the phone and get the orders shipped out. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we just deal with it. It’s a simple life. We have a small yard where the trucks park to load up. During the harvest times, things get very busy and we stay late to finish up. We don't really have a mission statement or stuff like that. We just try to do the work properly so we can go home at the end of the day knowing we did a good job. It’s about being reliable and staying consistent with what we do every day. That’s just who we are here and we've been doing it like this for quite a while now.
