We are located in Moti Nagar, New Delhi. Ventures Hrd Centre has been operating from this spot for quite a while now. The area is always buzzing with people and cars, so it’s never exactly quiet when we are trying to work. Our day-to-day is mostly focused on human resources and all the endless paperwork that comes with that industry. It’s a lot of resumes and interview scheduling and calling people back. We have a small office that gets pretty crowded when we have visitors or candidates waiting for their turn. It’s just how things are here in Delhi. The furniture is a bit worn out and old but it serves its purpose for us. We don't have any big corporate goals written on the walls or any of those posters. We just want to make sure the work is finished and the files are put away by the end of the day. Sometimes we have to stay a little bit late to catch up on things, but we don't mind too much because the team is good. The team is small and we’ve been together for a long time, so we know how each other works and when to stay out of the way. We grab tea from the same shop every single afternoon. It’s a simple life, really. No fancy tech or modern office designs to be found here. Just some old computers and a lot of filing folders piled up in the corner. We don't spend money on marketing because we’re already busy with the people who find us.
