Quatrro Bpo

Quatrro Bpo operates out of Plot No. 259 in the Kakrola Housing area. We are based in New Delhi, specifically in the 110078 zip code. It is a fairly large plot where we have our building. Being a BPO means there are always people around and the phones are usually ringing. It is a busy environment, to say the least. New Delhi is a fast-paced city, and our spot in Kakrola Housing reflects that. We have rows of desks and people with headsets on for most of the day. It’s not the most glamorous work, but it is what we do. The building at Plot No. 259 is easy to spot once you get into the housing area. We have been in India for a long time, working from this capital city. Sometimes the commute for the staff is long because of the Delhi traffic, but we all make it in eventually. We aren't trying to sound like a big corporate machine, even though we have a lot of people on the floor. At the end of the day, we are just a team trying to keep up with the calls and tasks. We take our breaks together and just try to get through the daily workload without too much stress. It is a simple, functional space for our BPO operations. We are just here in Delhi doing our bit every single day. The building is a bit old, but it works for us.
