Broota Psychological Services

Broota Psychological Services is over in the Paschim Vihar area of New Delhi. We are in the A-2B block, specifically at number 218. It’s mostly a residential neighborhood, so it stays fairly quiet, which is exactly what we need for the kind of work we do. People come here to talk about their stress or other things that are on their minds. The office doesn’t feel like a cold medical clinic; it’s more like a comfortable room in a house where you can just sit and talk. We have some plants around to make the place feel a bit more alive, and the chairs are decent for sitting in during long sessions. We handle counseling and various tests for people of all ages. New Delhi can be such a loud and busy place, so having this little spot in Paschim Vihar feels like a nice change of pace. We don’t use a lot of complicated jargon when we talk to folks. It’s just about listening and trying to help people figure things out. We don't have a big staff, so you usually see the same faces every time you come by. It makes the whole experience feel a lot more personal. Sometimes we have a lot of people waiting, and other times it’s just one or two, so we just take things as they come throughout the day.
