We are located in AG 604 in Shalimar Bagh, which is a fairly busy part of New Delhi. The office is really just a flat that we’ve converted into a working space. It’s got that typical Delhi feel where you can hear the street vendors and the cars honking outside all day long. We deal with a lot of people coming in and out, mostly folks looking for work or asking about their contracts. There are piles of folders on almost every surface, and we try our best to keep them organized, though it feels like a losing battle sometimes. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't found the time to move everything out of the way. During the summer, the air conditioner struggles a bit, so we keep a few table fans running to stay cool. It’s a very hands-on environment where everyone knows what everyone else is doing because we are all in such a small area. We don't have a big corporate sign outside, just a small nameplate so people know they’ve found the right door. Lunch is usually shared at the main table, and we talk about the news or the weather. It’s a simple operation, really. We focus on getting the paperwork done and making sure people get their assignments handled without too much fuss. It gets very busy on Mondays when everyone comes in to drop off their forms.
