Bpo Mantra

Our setup at Bpo Mantra is located in Ganesh Nagar, right across from B-1 in Janak Puri. We are in the C-1 building. It is a busy spot in New Delhi, and finding a parking space around here can be a real headache sometimes. The office isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit in everything we need. We have a few rows of desks and some computers that have been with us for a while. It’s a bit noisy because of the work we do, but that is just how it is. We aren't one of those big fancy call centers you see on TV. We are more of a local operation. Most of the staff live nearby, so we have a good group of people who know the area well. There’s a tea stall just down the road where we go when we need a break from the screens. We don’t have a lot of rules about how things should look, as long as the work gets finished on time. The building itself is pretty standard for Janak Puri. We’ve got some files stacked in the corners and a few posters on the wall to make it look less plain. It’s a decent place to spend the day. We don't try to impress anyone with big talk. We just handle the calls and the data as it comes in. It’s honest, steady work in 110018. We have been here for years now.
