Our place is in Kirti Nagar. People call us Dreams Jobs Providers. It’s mostly about helping people find a way to work. We see a lot of young folks coming in looking for their first start in a career. We also see older people who are just looking for a change of pace. The office isn't much to look at, just some chairs and a couple of computers that have seen better days. Kirti Nagar is a busy place with all the furniture shops around. We get a lot of noise from the street outside. We sit down with people and look at what they can do. It's not always easy work. Sometimes there aren't many openings available. But we keep looking through our lists. We have been doing this for a while now. You get to know the locals after a bit. Most of our day is spent making calls and checking our records. We don't have any fancy brochures or posters. We just talk to people. It’s better that way. Sometimes people get a job and they come back later just to say thanks. That feels okay. We aren't a big corporation with offices everywhere. Just a small setup trying to match people with work. It’s practical stuff. If you are in the area, you can stop by. We usually have the door open. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we manage with the fans and some cold water.
