Universal Steel Furniture is located at 26/181C in Baba Farid Puri. This is right in the West Patel Nagar area, which is always full of life and activity. Our shop is where all the noise and work happen. It’s not the quietest place to be, especially when we’re moving heavy pieces around, but we like the energy. Being in West Patel Nagar means we’re close to a lot of our customers and other local businesses. We’ve been here for a long time and the address is well-known to the locals around here. The space is filled with materials and finished items, so it can get a little crowded at times. We try to keep it organized, but when things are busy, it’s a bit of a squeeze. People often stop by just to see what’s going on or to talk about a project they have in mind. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Word of mouth has always been how people find us. It’s a family-style environment where everyone chips in. The street outside is usually busy with foot traffic and cars, which makes the days go by quickly. We just focus on making sure the items we put out are solid and do what they’re supposed to do. It’s a basic, hard-working shop and we wouldn’t have it any other way. We enjoy being a part of this neighborhood's fabric.
