Unison International

Our office is tucked away in Janak Puri at B-3A/321. We have been in this part of New Delhi for a long time. Unison International is a small operation where we mostly deal with people and placements. It’s not a huge corporate floor, just a regular office space where we can sit and get our work done. The street outside can get quite noisy with all the shops and people walking by. We usually start early in the morning to beat the heat and the rush. Most of our work involves talking to candidates and companies. We have a lot of files and old folders stacked up in the corner. It feels like a real lived-in space, not some sterile showroom. We drink a lot of chai during the day to keep going. Everyone here knows their job and we don’t need a lot of meetings to figure things out. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up some urgent paperwork. Janak Puri is a busy place and we feel like part of the community here. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just about finding people and putting them in the right spots. We take things one day at a time and try to keep our clients happy without making a big deal out of it. It's just us doing our thing.
