Our office is located at B-20 Vidyut Apartments, which is in Plot No-2, Sector-12 of Dwarka, New Delhi. Being in an apartment complex gives our workplace at Umts India Pvt Ltd a bit of a different vibe than a standard commercial building. It feels more like a home, which helps keep the stress down. We are right in the heart of Sector-12, so it’s pretty easy to get to, but it still has that residential quietness in the mornings. We have been operating from this spot for a while now. The space inside is divided into a few rooms where we have our workstations set up. It’s not a huge place, so we all know what everyone else is working on. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and sometimes eat our lunch together. Delhi weather can be tough, so we are usually quite thankful for the air conditioning during those long summer afternoons. There are some trees outside our windows, which is a nice change from the concrete you see in other parts of the city. We don't have a big corporate team; we are just a handful of people who show up and do our jobs. It’s a steady routine of emails, calls, and paperwork. We keep things simple and try to stay organized in our small corner of Dwarka, doing what we can each day.
