Turnomatics India

Our place, Turnomatics India, is tucked away in Shed No. 5 within Category 3 of the Dsidc Complex in Nangloi. If you know the Nangloi Industrial Area, you know it's a busy part of town with a lot going on at all hours. We spend our days inside the shed, mostly surrounded by the machines and the smell of cutting oil. It’s not the quietest spot to work, especially when all the neighbors have their equipment running at the same time, but we’re used to it. The floor is concrete and stays pretty cold in the winter months, so we keep moving to stay warm. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that because we prefer to use the space for the actual work. Most of the time, the desks are covered in drawings or small parts that we’re checking. The shed has high ceilings which helps when it gets hot, though the dust still finds a way to settle on everything by Friday. We’ve been in this complex for a while now, and we know the other shop owners around here pretty well. It’s a practical setup for what we do. We just come in, get the machines started, and see what needs to be done before the sun goes down. It's nothing too complicated, just a lot of turning parts and keeping an eye on the gauges until the day is over.
