Mantech Automat Industries

We’ve been set up at Wh-72 in Mayapuri Indl. Area Ph-I for a while now. Mantech Automat Industries is basically just a group of us working on machines every day. The shop floor is usually loud and we keep busy with whatever orders come in. People around Mayapuri know where to find us. It’s an industrial area, so it’s always dusty and crowded with trucks moving in and out. We don’t really have a fancy office or anything like that. Just the workspace where the work happens. Sometimes things get hectic when there's a deadline, but that's just how it goes here. We started small and stayed that way, focusing on the actual production part of the business. If you walk past Wh-72, you’ll see the sign for Mantech. It’s not a big flashy building, just a practical spot for doing the job. We keep the tools organized as much as we can. The guys here have been doing this for years, so they know the machines inside out. We don't spend much time on the computer or writing things down unless it's an order. Most of the day is spent on the floor. It’s a straightforward operation. No big corporate meetings or long speeches. We just get the parts made and sent out. It’s what we do. We have some old metal chairs for when we take our lunch breaks together. It’s not the most comfortable setup, but we aren't here to sit around all day.
