You can find us at GH-14/293 in Paschim Vihar. It’s a residential-cum-commercial sort of area, so it’s always busy with people and cars. We deal with tools here. It’s not a massive warehouse, just a decent space where we keep our stock and talk to people who need supplies. We’ve been around Paschim Vihar for quite some time now. People know us as the place to get what they need for their own workshops or home projects. We don't have a big showroom with bright lights and glass cases. It’s more of a place where things are stacked up on shelves and we know exactly where everything is located. We spend our days answering the phone and checking what’s in the boxes that arrive. It gets a bit cramped sometimes when a new shipment comes in, but we sort it out eventually. We aren't trying to sell anyone on big ideas. We just provide the tools they ask for. Sometimes we give advice on which tool might work better, but only if they ask us for it. It’s a straightforward business. We close up in the evenings and head home like everyone else in the neighborhood. It’s a good community here. We’ve seen the kids grow up and the shops change hands, but we’re still here at the same spot in GH-14. It’s a steady way to live and work. We just keep our stock ready and wait for the next customer.
