There are stacks of papers on the desks and bits of machinery here and there that we are testing or showing. It’s not the kind of place where everything is perfectly neat, but we know exactly where every tool and file is hidden. The windows are large, so we get a good amount of light during the day, which helps when we are looking at small details. We don't really bother with corporate stuff or big meetings; we just talk across the room when something needs to be decided. The building has a bit of a family feel to it, probably because some of us have been here for years.
