Smart Hunter

Smart Hunter is over in Paschim Vihar, specifically at Gh-6/321 in Meera Bagh. This part of New Delhi is mostly residential, so it’s got a different vibe than the city center. We operate out of a space here where we do a lot of talent searching and recruitment work. It’s a lot of searching through databases and making phone calls to people who may or may not be interested in a new job. The office is pretty basic—just some computers, a few chairs, and a small area where we can have a break. We’ve been in Paschim Vihar for a while now, and we like the pace of the neighborhood. It’s not as chaotic as some other spots, which helps when you need to focus on a long list of names. We don’t have any fancy titles or a big corporate structure. We’re just a small team trying to match people up with work. Some days are spent entirely on the phone, while others are just us staring at spreadsheets until our eyes get tired. Meera Bagh is a nice place to be based, with plenty of spots to grab a quick snack when we’re too busy to have a real lunch. We don't go in for all the marketing talk you see online. We just handle the recruitment side of things as best as we can, one day at a time. It’s just regular work for regular people.
