Shraddha Exports

We work out of A-4C in Janakpuri. It’s a residential-feeling area but we’ve got our setup here for Shraddha Exports. It’s basically a few rooms filled with boxes and samples of things we send out. The walls are mostly covered with calendars and notes we’ve scribbled to ourselves over the months. It’s a bit messy sometimes, especially when a big shipment is about to go out and we have crates sitting in the hallway. Janakpuri is a nice enough place to be based, even if finding parking on the street can be a nightmare some afternoons. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing out emails to people all over the place. It’s not very exciting work to watch, but it keeps us busy from morning until late. We drink a lot of tea while we check through the manifests and packing lists. Sometimes we have to stay late to make sure everything is sorted for the morning, but that’s just how it goes. We don't have any polished brochures or a fancy entrance. If you come by, you’ll just see us surrounded by cardboard and tape. It’s a practical way to run things, and it works for what we need. We just focus on getting the boxes where they need to go without making too many mistakes.
