Our office for Shobha Jaiswal Hr Consultancy is located at G-120, on the second floor in Raja Puri. If you know the Hanuman Temple in Uttam Nagar, we are right near there in Gali Number 24. It’s a busy little area and we like being part of it. The office itself is just a regular room where we handle HR stuff for different people. We spend a lot of time looking at resumes and talking to folks who are looking for work. It can be a bit tiring sometimes, especially when the weather is hot and the fan isn't doing much. We aren't a giant agency with hundreds of staff. It’s a small operation here. We try to keep track of everyone who calls, but sometimes the desk gets buried under folders. We don't use any fancy software to pick people. We just read the papers and talk to them. It feels more natural that way. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a breeze if we leave the door open. Most of our day is spent making calls or waiting for people to show up for meetings. Sometimes they are late because the traffic in Uttam Nagar is so bad, but we understand. We just keep things moving as best as we can. It’s just us doing our daily work in a corner of Delhi, trying to keep up with the paperwork and the people who come to see us.
