About Shift Incharge In Sun Steel – Metals & Minerals in West Delhi
I am the shift incharge for Sun Steel. My work keeps me pretty busy at the plant, but home is at B-8 Shiv Vihar Colony in Vikashpuri, New Delhi. Dealing with steel is not easy work. It is hot, loud, and you are always on your feet. Being a shift incharge means I am the one people come to when something goes wrong. If a furnace has an issue or the timing is off, I have to sort it out. It is a job that requires you to be practical and quick. I do not spend my time in a fancy office. I am usually out where the noise is. Delhi is a crowded place, and Vikashpuri is a busy area to live in, but it is home. After a long shift at Sun Steel, it is good to get back to Shiv Vihar. My neighbors know I work long hours, sometimes at night. The steel business is important, and I take my part in it seriously. It is not about marketing or looking good. It is about the quality of the metal and the safety of the crew. We have been living in this part of New Delhi for years. The commute can be a real headache with the Delhi traffic, but the job is steady. It is a basic, hardworking life. I like the routine of the shifts and the fact that I am helping produce something useful. You never know what a shift brings.
