Satra International

Satra International is located at D-44 in Shivaji Market. We are right opposite the closed gate of the Central School in Tagore Garden Extn. It is a local market area, so there is usually a lot of foot traffic and people going about their daily business outside. Our office serves as a bit of a hub for various international trade activities. We do not have a big flashy storefront because most of our work happens over the phone or through emails. We deal with a lot of paperwork, customs forms, and coordinating with different suppliers. It can be a bit dry sometimes, but it is what we do and we are used to it. The market outside is almost always noisy, which we have actually grown to like over time. It feels like we are right in the middle of everything. We are not a huge firm with a lot of different layers of management. Usually, if you call us, you will end up talking to one of the three or four people who sit in the main room. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate the process for anyone. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but we just pick up where we left off. We have been in Tagore Garden for quite a while now and know the area well. It is a practical location for us.
