We are located at 101-B in the Vaibhav Industrial Estate over in Nakinda. It is one of those places where every unit looks a bit like the next one, but we have made this space our own over the years. At Nandan Plastic, we focus on the basics of manufacturing. The space is filled with the sound of machinery and the movement of raw materials being shifted from one corner to another. It is a bit of a maze sometimes with all the bags of plastic granules stacked up. We don't have a big staff, just a handful of us who know how to handle the equipment and keep things tidy. We usually start early in the morning before the sun gets too high, as the estate can get quite stuffy by midday. There is always a lot to do, from checking the settings on the machines to making sure the packaging is done correctly. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. If you come to see us, you will see us in our work clothes, probably busy with a repair or looking over a production sheet. It is a simple operation and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the power goes out and we all take a break outside until it comes back on. This part of Delhi is always packed with trucks and people moving goods around, so it is a very active place to be. Inside our building, we deal with all sorts of medical supplies and healthcare products. It is a bit different from the heavy manufacturing nearby because we have to keep things a bit cleaner and more organized. You will see boxes of gloves, masks, and other medical items stacked up high in our storage area. We have a small team that handles everything from the incoming shipments to the final deliveries. We spend a lot of time on the phone with hospitals and distributors, making sure they have what they need. It is not a glamorous job, but we know it is important to get these things out. The office is pretty basic, just some desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. We take our tea breaks together in the small kitchen area, usually talking about the traffic on Rama Road or what is happening in the news. There is a lot of routine to it, but every day brings something a bit different depending on which supplies are in high demand. We just try to stay organized and keep the warehouse moving as efficiently as we can. It is just a group of people working together to keep a business running in a busy industrial hub.
