Sr Medicare Pvt. Ltd. is located right in Prem Nagar-II, which is part of the Nangloi area. If you’ve been to Nangloi, you know it’s a very crowded place with a lot of shops and people moving around all the time. Our office is at K-1/27, and it’s basically where we manage all the medical supplies and paperwork. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes because we have boxes of equipment arriving and leaving throughout the week. My desk is tucked in the corner, and I’m usually surrounded by invoices and delivery notes. We aren’t some big corporate headquarters with glass walls; it’s more of a local operation where we know the neighbors and the delivery drivers. The dust from the road comes in sometimes, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the shelves. It’s a busy life here. We start early in the morning before the traffic gets too bad and often stay late to finish up the counting. Dealing with medical stuff means we have to be careful, but we’re still just a small team trying to keep things moving. We drink a lot of tea to stay awake during the slow afternoons. It’s honest work, and while it’s noisy outside with the rickshaws and the street vendors, we just put our heads down and get through the pile of work on our desks every single day.
