Procare Medical System

Procare Medical System is situated at No. 211-A in Jaina Tower 2, right in the middle of the District Center in Janakpuri. It’s a very crowded area with people everywhere at all hours. Our office is a bit small for all the equipment we have to keep on hand. We have boxes stacked in the corners and sometimes it feels like there isn't enough room to turn around. But we like being in Janakpuri because it’s central and easy for people to reach. The building itself is a bit older, so the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we haven't really had the time to worry about that. We are usually too busy checking over the systems and making sure everything is working like it should. It’s a lot of technical work and you have to be careful with the details. We don't have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phones to packing up boxes for shipping. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles during the peak of summer, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. It's a very practical workspace where the focus is just on the machines and the people who need them. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a glossy front desk. It's just us in here working through the daily grind and trying to stay on top of all the paperwork.
