Redon International

Redon International is based out of B-20 in Ramesh Nagar, in one of those double storey houses. It gives the whole workplace a bit of a homey feel, even though we’re strictly here for business. The layout is a bit odd because of how these houses were built, so we’ve had to get creative with where we put the desks and the storage. It’s a quiet enough street compared to the main roads nearby, which we appreciate. Most of our day is spent on the phone or tracking things on the computer. We have a small storage area in the back that always seems to be overflowing, no matter how much we organize it. It’s just me and a few others most of the time. We take turns making the tea and deciding where to order lunch from. It’s an honest way to spend the week. We don't really go for the corporate vibe because that’s just not who we are. We like the fact that we can walk out the door and be in a real neighborhood. There’s no big sign out front, just our name on the door. It’s been a steady place for us to grow, and we’ve gotten to know the locals over the years. It isn't flashy, but it’s a reliable spot where we get our work done without any drama.
