Our office is situated at H.No-RZ-H-177 in the Dharampura Colony area of New Delhi. It is a residential neighborhood, so we are surrounded by families and local shops. We handle a lot of medical supplies and health-related logistics from this location. It’s not a big hospital or a fancy clinic; it’s more like a hub where we manage all the inventory and paperwork. The house is often full of boxes and crates waiting to be shipped out. Navigating the narrow lanes of Dharampura with delivery vans can be a bit of a challenge, but we have a system that works. We have been operating Rama Medicare from this spot for several years now. Inside, there are shelves everywhere filled with various products. It can get a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is kept. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who handle the orders and the phones. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of living in Delhi. We don't have a polished mission statement or anything like that. We just make sure the medical goods get to where they are needed on time. It is a busy, functional place that serves its purpose. We are just a local business doing our part in the healthcare sector.
