We run Sar Handicraft out of J-11 in the Beri Wala Bagh area of Hari Nagar. Our workshop and office are on the second floor. It’s a bit of a climb, but it gives us a good view of the street. We work with a lot of local artisans who make things by hand. The office is often full of samples—different fabrics, woods, and metal pieces everywhere. It’s a bit messy, to be honest, but that’s how we know we’re actually working. We don’t have a showroom, so it’s mostly just a place for production and packing. We’ve been in Hari Nagar for several years and most of the people nearby know us. It’s a small operation, just a handful of us making sure everything is crafted properly. We spend a lot of time checking the details on every item before it gets sent out. It’s slow work sometimes, but you can’t rush these things. We don't do much in the way of fancy branding or polished presentations. We just like making things and finding people who appreciate them. It’s a practical business. If you ever come by, you’ll probably hear the sounds of tools and people chatting. We keep it simple and focus on the craft itself. That’s really all there is to it. The smell of wood and glue is usually pretty strong around here.
