Raghav Industries is found at Plot No-E-53 in the N-Ii section of Nangloi. We are quite close to Lokesh Cinema, which is the main landmark everyone uses to find us. Our unit is a practical workspace designed for production rather than looking pretty. The walls have seen a lot of years, and there’s always some clutter around, but we know where everything is. It’s a busy part of Nangloi with lots of small businesses packed together, so there’s always movement on the street and people moving goods back and forth. We don’t have a fancy HR department or a big management team; it’s just us and the workers on the floor making sure the daily targets are met. The noise from the machines is pretty constant, and we usually have to step outside if we need a quiet place to talk on the phone. Lunch is often something we grab from the local stalls nearby, or we just sit on some crates in the back. We don’t use any marketing speak because we don’t really need to. People know where we are and what we do. It’s a gritty, honest environment where the focus is strictly on the work at hand. We’ve been at this plot for a good while now, and despite the dust and the noise, it’s where we feel most at home. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
