Our place is over at 35/4 Inderpuri, right by the Ramleela Ground in Jacubpura. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re in the neighborhood. We deal with surgical supplies and industrial equipment for hospitals. It’s mostly about making sure the tools are clean and the orders are correct before they leave the shop. We have stacks of boxes everywhere and the phone rings quite a bit with people asking for specific parts or equipment. It gets a bit crowded in here during the middle of the day. We aren't a huge operation, just a local team working through the daily list of supplies that need to go out. Sometimes the weather gets really hot and the shop feels a bit stuffy, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. We spend a lot of time double-checking sizes and quantities because you can't really afford to make mistakes with medical stuff. Most of our neighbors know us since we’ve been in this part of Jacubpura for a good while. We don't use any fancy systems, just notebooks and a computer to track what we have in stock. It’s practical work. We just try to get the orders filled and sent to the clinics that need them without making a big fuss about it. There is usually a lot of sorting to do every morning before the first delivery van arrives.
