Our place is at 2/12 in West Patel Nagar. It’s a residential area mostly, but there are a few businesses like ours tucked away on these streets. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. It’s a simple office. We handle various care products. We don't have a big storefront for people to browse. Most of our work is done through phone calls and organizing shipments. West Patel Nagar is a familiar neighborhood for us. We know the local shops and the people living around here. Inside the office, it’s just a few rooms filled with desks and some stock. It’s not very modern. We have old fans and some sturdy wooden furniture. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations because it doesn’t really help us do the work. The staff here are mostly locals. We come in, do our shifts, and go home. We don't have those big corporate meetings that last for hours. We just talk over the desks when something needs to be solved. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when a new shipment arrives and we have boxes everywhere. We just move things around to make space. It’s a very hands-on way of running things. We like being in West Patel Nagar. It feels like a real community. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out.
