We are based out of Narula'S Tower - I in the Central Market area of Punjabi Bagh West. It’s a lively part of New Delhi and we’ve been here for quite some time. Unison Narula Exports Pvt. Ltd. is mostly about managing shipments and dealing with all the paperwork that comes with moving goods. Our office isn't anything too flashy, just a lot of desks, phones, and people talking about logistics. We spend our days coordinating with different suppliers and making sure things get to where they need to go. New Delhi can be a bit overwhelming with the heat and the crowds, but we have our routine down. Sometimes the containers are delayed or there’s a hiccup with the customs forms, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a small group of us here and we’ve worked together for years. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of branches. We just focus on our exports from this one spot in Punjabi Bagh. The market outside is always full of people, and we like being in the middle of that energy. We keep our heads down and do the work. It’s about getting the boxes out the door and making sure the tallies match up at the end of the day. There is always a lot to do, but we just take it one shipment at a time and keep things moving forward in our own way.
