Primus Super Speciality Clinic

You can find our Primus Super Speciality Clinic at C2b/93a in Janakpuri. We are very close to the government hospital, so a lot of people use that as a landmark when they are trying to find us for the first time. The street outside can get pretty clogged with traffic, especially in the afternoons when everyone is out and about. Our clinic is a straightforward place. We don’t have a big lobby with fancy art on the walls or expensive furniture. It is just a practical space where doctors see patients and we try to keep things running. We have a small team here, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phones to helping people find the right room for their tests. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of living and working in this area. We have a lot of regular patients who come in for their check-ups. We know their names and how they like to be treated. It is a very local feel that you don't get in the huge hospitals. We don't have a mission statement or any of those corporate things. We just want to make sure that when someone comes in with a cough or a pain, they get to talk to someone who listens.
