Positive Moves

You can find our office at Wz 386 in Tihar, right over in the Tilak Nagar area of New Delhi. It is a very lively and loud neighborhood with plenty of small shops, street food, and people moving around all the time. Our office is right in the thick of all that action. We call ourselves Positive Moves because we generally like to think we help people move in the right direction with their careers or their small businesses. It is a very simple operation we have going here. We have a few small rooms where we meet with people and a couple of messy desks for our own paperwork and computer work. It is definitely not a polished or fancy corporate environment; it feels much more like a local workplace where everyone knows each other and we don't have to be too formal. We deal with a lot of different types of requests throughout the week. Some people come in needing help with staffing their own businesses, while others just need some general, practical guidance on how to handle a difficult workplace issue. We try to be as straightforward as we can with everyone. We don't make big, flashy promises that we can't keep. We just show up every day, answer the pile of emails, and talk to whoever walks through the door needing some help. It’s just how we do things here in this part of Delhi. We keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand every day.
