Our place is at C-19 in West Patel Nagar. It's a busy neighborhood in Delhi with people everywhere. We handle medical supplies and different types of equipment. The shop isn't very large, so boxes are often stacked up to the ceiling in the back. We have been here for a while. People from the nearby clinics and hospitals come to us for what they need for their patients. It’s a lot of back and forth, checking inventory and making sure we have enough of the basic supplies. We don't have a fancy display window or bright lights. Most of the stuff is kept in the back or on the high shelves where it stays clean. We know our customers by name since they’ve been coming here for many years. It’s a bit cramped inside the shop, but we know where everything is kept. West Patel Nagar is always crowded, so getting deliveries in and out can be a bit of a headache for the drivers. We just make it work. We aren't a big chain pharmacy or anything corporate. It’s just a local spot for medical things. We open early in the morning and stay open until the evening. Sometimes people come in with questions about what they should buy, and we tell them what we have in stock. We don't try to sell them things they don't actually need. It’s just a practical business for the neighborhood.
