We’ve been operating Swen Medical Devices Private Limited for a while now from our spot at Sundar Apartment in Paschim Vihar. Being right on the Outer Ring Road makes things a lot easier for getting around. Mostly, we deal with medical equipment and parts that clinics and hospitals need. It’s a busy place. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped because we have so much stock coming in and out, but we make it work. It's just a few of us here handling the daily orders. We started small and stayed that way, which helps us keep track of who is ordering what. Usually, people call us when they need a specific device or a replacement part in a hurry. We don't have a big fancy showroom or anything like that. Just the office and a bit of storage space near the main road. If you're driving by the G.H. - 10 area, you might have seen our sign. It's a bit of a trek to get through the traffic some days, especially during the rush hours on the ring road, but that's just how it is in Delhi. We try to keep things simple. If a doctor needs something, we find it and send it over. There isn't much more to it than that. We focus on getting the right boxes to the right people without making things complicated. It keeps us occupied from morning until evening and we like staying busy.
