Parul Handicrafts Pvt. Ltd.

Our company, Parul Handicrafts Pvt. Ltd., is based at G-29 in Vardhman Tower. That is right in the Community Center of Vikas Puri. It is a busy little hub with lots of shops and offices around us. Vardhman Tower is easy to spot once you get into the center. We are up on the G-29 level, and it’s a pretty decent workspace for us. We have been here for a while, surrounded by the various crafts and items we deal with. The office always smells a bit like wood or fabric, depending on what we are working on that week. It’s not a large office, but we have managed to fit everything we need into the space. Vikas Puri is a nice neighborhood, and the community center has everything we need within walking distance. We don't have a lot of corporate rules or fancy titles. We just come in, check the orders, and see what needs to be sent out. It can get a bit hectic during the festival seasons when everyone wants things at once. We just put our heads down and get through the pile of work. Most of the time it’s just us and the radio playing in the background. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just like making sure the handicrafts get to the people who want them. It’s a good way to earn a living, even if the days are sometimes quite long and tiring.
