We are over at N-38 in Kirti Nagar. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of commerce going on. We focus on export solutions, which basically means we help get products from here to wherever they need to go. It involves a lot of logistics and knowing how the shipping routes work. Our office is a bit cluttered with samples and shipping documents. There’s always a stack of papers that needs filing. We aren’t a huge corporation; we’re just a small team trying to keep things organized. Sometimes the customs rules change, and we have to spend the whole morning figuring out what that means for our clients. It can be a headache, but we get through it. We spend a lot of time on the phone with transporters and warehouse managers. Kirti Nagar is a good spot for us because there’s so much activity nearby. We don’t have a flashy website or a big sign out front. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve been working with us for years. We try to be honest about timelines, even when the news isn't great. It’s better to tell the truth than to make something up. We just keep the wheels turning day by day. There's an old coffee machine in the back that makes a terrible noise but the coffee is strong, which is what we need. We don't mind the long hours as long as the cargo gets to where it’s supposed to be on time.
