Our place is House No 42 in the GH-8 Block of Paschim Vihar. It’s in New Delhi, so you can imagine how the weather changes things around here. In the winter it’s cold in the mornings when we first open up, and in the summer we are just trying to stay out of the sun. Being in a house block makes it feel a bit different than a standard industrial park. It’s a bit quieter than the main roads, but still, there is plenty of activity around the block. Metal One India Pvt Ltd is where we handle the day-to-day metal business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big fancy storefront. We just have our office set up where we can keep track of everything and talk to our contacts. Most of the people we work with have been dealing with us for a while, so they know exactly where to find House No 42. It’s a practical way to run things. We get our deliveries, we sort out the billing, and we make sure the metal gets to where the customers need it. There’s always a bit of a scramble when things get busy, but we manage to stay organized enough. Paschim Vihar is a good neighborhood for this kind of thing because it’s well-connected but doesn't feel as chaotic as some other parts of Delhi. We just keep doing our thing and focus on the tasks we have for the day.
