We are over at A-75 in Shankar Garden, which is part of the Vikaspuri area. It’s a decent neighborhood and our office is easy to spot once you’re on the right street. We deal with recruitment and finding the right people for various jobs, but we try to keep the atmosphere pretty relaxed. It’s not like those stiff offices you see in the movies. We have desks, computers, and a lot of coffee cups lying around from the morning. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there’s a lot of back-and-forth communication going on between the team. Being in Shankar Garden means we’re away from the absolute madness of the city center, but it’s still busy enough. We don't use fancy jargon when we talk to people. We just ask them what they can do and where they want to work. The office can get a bit warm in the afternoon when the sun hits the windows, but we’re used to it. We’ve got a mix of people working here, and everyone has their own way of handling things. There isn't a strict rulebook for every single conversation. It’s more about being helpful and getting the right names into the right folders. We don't make big claims about being the biggest or anything like that. We just come in, do the work at our desks, and go home like everyone else. It’s a straightforward job in a nice part of New Delhi, and we just keep it moving.
