We have been operating out of A/113 in Khazan Basti for a good while now. It is a busy little corner of Hari Nagar, right near the Clock Tower, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside. Our building is not anything fancy, just a regular place where we keep our surgical items and handle the daily paperwork. Inside, you will find shelves stacked high with different medical tools and boxes ready to be sent out. It gets a bit cramped sometimes when a new shipment arrives, and we have to move things around to make space. The team here is small, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. We spend most of our mornings checking the inventory and answering the phone when local clinics call in. The dust from the street gets in sometimes, so we are often wiping down the counters. It is a practical setup without any big offices or soft carpets. We just focus on getting the right instruments to the people who need them. Sometimes the tea lady from the stall nearby brings us some chai, and that is usually the highlight of our afternoon. We do not have any big corporate speeches to give. It is just us here in Hari Nagar, doing the same routine every day and making sure the orders are packed correctly before the sun goes down. We know our neighbors and the regular delivery drivers by their first names.
