Leading Executive Search Organization

Our office is located at Fg1/41 C in Vikas Puri, New Delhi 110018. It’s a decent area to work in, away from some of the heavier traffic in the middle of the city. We’ve been doing executive search for a long time now, but we don't act like a big corporate firm with lots of rules. Our space is just a regular office where we spend our time on the phone and looking through piles of resumes. It’s a lot of manual work, to be honest. We don't have any fancy software doing the work for us; it’s just us talking to people and trying to see who might fit where. The office is a bit small and can get messy with all the papers, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. Most people who know us just come by or call us up when they need something. We aren't trying to be the biggest search firm in Delhi. We just want to do a good job and stay busy throughout the year. Vikas Puri is a nice place to be based because it’s a bit quieter than other spots in the city. We have our routine, we have our tea, and we just get on with it. It’s a very practical and simple way of running things for a Leading Executive Search Organization, and it’s worked for us for many years.
