You can find us at 25/16 in Punjabi Bagh Extension. It’s more of a residential-feeling area compared to the heavy industrial zones, but we run our import-export stuff from here. The office is inside a regular building. It’s mostly just desks, phones, and a lot of shipping documents lying around. We spend a lot of time talking to people in different time zones. Sometimes the phone rings at odd hours. We deal with various goods, whatever needs moving across borders. It’s a bit of a juggle. The neighborhood is nice, plenty of trees outside our window. We’ve got a small kitchen where we make coffee. It’s not a corporate skyscraper. It feels more like a home that turned into an office over time. We have a few delivery bikes that come and go. Dealing with customs and shipping lines is a bit of a headache, but that’s the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get the crates from point A to point B without too much trouble. Sometimes the printer jams when we have a big pile of invoices to get through. We just fix it and keep going. It’s just us here at Ktco Impex, working away in Punjabi Bagh. Nothing too complicated about it. We’ve been here for several years and most of the neighbors know us by now. It is just a quiet life mostly.
